WDP expands its portfolio in Luxembourg with Strategic Acquisitions
WDP, member of the BCBL, is expanding its portfolio in the Benelux region with a strategic investment of 122 million euros, reinforcing its position as the market leader and doubling WDP’s footprint in Luxembourg. This acquisition includes two multi-tenant sites and a distribution center totaling around 90,000 m² of Gross Leasable Area (GLA).
As a result of this investment, through the acquisition of shares in the companies that own these sites, WDP is acquiring the following in Luxembourg:
The Hautcharage Industrial Site: A multi-tenant hub with a usable area of around 40,000 m², located along the E44 highway. The semi-industrial building hosts a range of clients in various sectors, including high-tech laboratories, start-ups, life sciences, food companies, and furniture manufacturers and is equipped with solar panels for sustainable energy.
Foetz Business Park: Over 17,000 m²of GLA, serving among other things as an incubator for innovative start-ups with a direct connection to the A4.
