Solarcells: Luxembourg's Leading Solar Panel Manufacturer, a Green Collaboration with Belgium
Solarcells, the first Luxembourgish manufacturer of solar panels, inaugurated its factory through a Belgian-Luxembourgish collaboration. The investment of 5 million euros is geared towards producing 200,000 panels annually, underlining environmental commitment despite higher initial costs. Solarcells will focus on the Luxembourgish market, while Belga Solar will continue to serve the Belgian market. The inauguration coincides with the extension of government incentives for environmental transition. Despite a planned relocation in 2030, Solarcells anticipates growth with 3,000 photovoltaic installations expected in 2023.
