Membership Application Process

Joining the Business Club Belgium Luxembourg (BCBL) involves a clear and structured process designed to welcome new members efficiently while ensuring alignment with the club’s values and objectives.

Steps to Apply for Membership

  1. Submission of Application:

    • Please complete digitally and scan the membership application form on this page.

      Only forms filled DIGITALLY in by the company or the individual person will be accepted.

  2. Initial Review and Meeting Scheduling:

    • Your application will be preliminarily reviewed by our team. We may then invite you to schedule a meeting to discuss your business goals and interests, ensuring that there is mutual benefit and alignment with BCBL’s objectives.
    • Please book a meeting and contact us at contact@bcbl.be to find a suitable time.

  3. Board Review:

    • Following our initial discussion, your application will be forwarded to the Board of Directors. This body is responsible for the final assessment and authorization of all new members.

  4. Approval and Communication:

    • If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. An invoice for the first year's membership fee will then be issued. Payment of this invoice confirms your status as an active member.

  5. Logo and Business Description Submission:

    • To enhance your visibility within our network, please provide a high-quality logo and a brief description of your activities in English. These will be used on our website and LinkedIn page to showcase your business.
    • Send your materials to contact@bcbl.be. Unless instructed otherwise, we will proceed to publish this information according to our communications agenda.

  • Membership benefits commence immediately upon the completion of the payment process, providing full access to all BCBL activities, resources, and network opportunities.
